The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Fulton Mullen can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Stephanie
Condolence: My pappy was one of the toughest people I knew, but also so caring to the ones he loved. He would go above and beyond to make sure we were okay. I miss him so much already and it's hard to believe he is gone, but he is no longer in pain so that is the positive I will take from this. Pappy I love so much and you will forever be missed. Love Stephanie.
